The extent of inflammation in the prepared MSU-induced BMDMs. Primary bone marrow mononuclear cells from C57/ BL6 mice were cultured with GM-CSF for 7 days, stimulated for 3 h with LPS (20 ng/mL) and 8 h with MSU crystals (200 µg/mL), and cell supernatants were collected.
