F. hepatica extract decreased the FLS viability. F. hepatica extract was tested at different concentration (0, 60, 80, 100 µg/mL) and timepoints (24, 48 and 72 h) in FLS cultures. Cell viability was evaluated by MTT test. A decrease in cell viability was observed at concentration of 100 µg/mL after 48 h and at concentrations of 80 µg/mL and 100 µg/mL after 72 h, when compared with the control group without treatment. *p < 0.05; ANOVA two-way.
